You were introduced to us at a critical time when not only were we shifting premises after 16 years at our previous address, but when our previous domain host changed its rules on buying single products to a more complicated shopping trolley system totally unsuited to our customer base. Our clients invariably require one or more copies of the same book. To date, we have never received a single order for a number of titles and the 'shopping trolley' is not our bag.
In a short time span: you completely redesigned our website to our satisfaction and within budget; you provided a simple system allowing us to easily cope with currency fluctuations for our increasing export trade; you supplied a database system allowing us to easily add more titles to our range of books on offer, and you were always available to answer questions and respond to start-up glitches (a pleasant change from the 'call centre in Karachi' type responses of my previous domain host, 'If you require accounts, press 1, if you need technical support press 2 etc', and when a human - rarely the same one as before - was finally reached and the problem explained, there would be another long wait for another techo when they were told we use a Macintosh platform')..
We look forward to a long and mutually profitable association with Media Two.
